Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all wholesale purchases made through everydate. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Wholesale Eligibility

everydate wholesale is designed for small and independent businesses. Wholesale orders are intended for resale only.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Wholesale orders start at 5 pieces per style
Sizes and styles may be mixed within one order

Pricing & Payments

All wholesale prices are listed in CAD & USD
Payment for products is required at checkout
Shipping is invoiced separately after checkout and must be paid before your order ships

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service. Duties and taxes are included.

Shipping methods available:

Air freight — faster delivery
Sea freight — more economical for larger orders

Sea Shipping Minimum

Sea freight is available only for orders with a minimum chargeable weight of 10kg
This typically equals approximately 35–45 pieces of clothing, depending on styles and packaging
Orders below this minimum will be shipped via air freight

Product Availability

Due to the nature of small-batch production, some styles may be temporarily out of stock or not restocked. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to communicate availability and work with you on the best solution for your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 4-7 business days after the shipping invoice is paid
Processing times may vary depending on order size and customization
You will receive tracking information once your order ships

Cancellations & Order Changes

We process wholesale orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

Changes or cancellations requested before processing begins may be accommodated
Once processing has started, a handling and processing fee may apply
Orders cannot be canceled once production, customization, or packing has begun

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing:

All wholesale sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Custom Branding

Custom hangtags and labels are available for orders of 50 pieces or more
Logos must be supplied by the customer and approved before production
Custom branding orders may require additional processing time

Custom branding orders are final once approved and cannot be canceled after production begins.

Product Photography & Usage Rights

After your first wholesale order, you will receive access to everydate’s product photo library
Photos may be used for your website, online shop, and social media for selling everydate products
Photos may not be altered, resold, redistributed to other businesses or third parties, or used to create counterfeit or competing products.

Product Variations

Please note that minor variations in color, fabric, or fit may occur due to production runs, lighting, or screen differences. These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
