Shipping policy

At everydate, we’re a small business built to support other small and independent businesses around the world. To keep our pricing fair and flexible, we handle shipping a little differently from traditional retail orders.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide and work with trusted logistics partners to deliver orders globally.
All wholesale shipments are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning duties and taxes are covered — no surprise fees on delivery.

Shipping Options

At checkout, you’ll be asked to select your preferred shipping method:

Air Freight (Quicker)
Faster delivery, higher cost
Sea Freight (Economical — minimum 10kg)
Slower delivery, lower cost

Both options are invoiced separately after your order is placed.

How Shipping Costs Work

To keep wholesale pricing simple and transparent:

Shipping costs are not included at checkout
Shipping rates vary based on order size, destination, and selected shipping method

After your order is placed, we will:

Calculate the final shipping cost
Send a separate shipping invoice (including estimated delivery timeline)
Process shipment once the shipping invoice is paid

This allows us to offer accurate and fair shipping rates for every order.

Shipping Cost Reference

Please refer to our Shipping Reference Table for estimated shipping costs. All estimates are provided for reference only and do not represent the final invoiced shipping charges.

Final shipping costs may vary based on order size, destination, and selected shipping method. Shipping prices are subject to change and will be confirmed and invoiced separately after your order is placed.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 4–7 working days
Estimated delivery timelines will be provided with your shipping invoice
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected

Shipping Invoice Payment

Shipping invoices must be paid within 5 days of being issued.
If the shipping invoice is not paid within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled, and a 15% handling and processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

As a small business, we rely on timely payments to keep operations running smoothly. This fee covers administrative costs, order processing, and supplier coordination.

Delivery Timeline (Estimated)

Air Freight: Faster delivery (ideal for time-sensitive orders)
Sea Freight: Longer transit time, more economical for larger orders

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Important Notes

Orders will only be dispatched after the shipping invoice has been paid
All shipments are DDP, so duties and taxes are included
Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped
