SHIPPING AND RETURNS
As a small business, at this time, everydate is unable to provide full refunds.
For customers in Canada and the USA, we are happy to accept returns for an online store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email your order number and reason for return to hello@shopeverydate.com. Your request will be approved if it meets the following guidelines:
- The item must be in unworn, undamaged, and unwashed condition with the original tags attached.
- Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for exchanged or return.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within the 7-day period.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping, handling fees, and any custom charges when returning or exchanging a product. Please use tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please be aware that everydate reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not adhere to our Return & Exchange Policy. In such cases, the items will be sent back to the sender at their expense. Please allow up to 5 business days for exchanges to be processed.
